MEMBERSHIP
Do you Qualify?
You must be a veteran who has served in any United States Armed Service
and was in combat, or in the theater for combat operations.
Your DD Form 214 is required for verification.
Active duty personnel should provide a copy of your orders and/or
decoration citation.
Annual membership dues are $15.00 for full member and $10.00
for auxiliary and support members.
The CVMA is a non-profit association and all donations to CVMA are tax
deductible.

to become a member of CVMA's Texas Chapter,
please read Article 3 of our bylaws for eligibility.
